lovely stay

the room provided was much larger than anticipated. the staff were very friendly. i found the ev charging points in the car park quite useful. the hotel's location, while tucked away, still allowed easy access to all the nearby attractions.

i noticed some mold on the net curtains.

The hotel provides a short walk to the center. The shower was good and toiletries were provided. The hotel and room were very clean!!!

The signage to pay via phone on entry to the car park had no clear mention of an exemption for hotel guests.

Mariah and Chloe gave great help with the room service. They really looked after my specific needs. Atif, the bar supervisor, provided excellent service. The hotel features easy access to attractions.

tidy room excellent breakfast lovely staff

i found the room very tidy and clean the breakfast was excellent. the hotel allowed us to easily get to birmingham. the staff were lovely and sorted out the extra nights we requested.

the tea making facilities could have been better i felt they were quite dangerous

The staff was helpful. I liked Beth and DD in the bar. The hotel was relaxing, clean and quiet. It was easy to walk to attractions.

The parking cost £8.50 per day, and I think this charge is outrageous for hotel guests.

Breakfast offered much choice. I saw many cute staff and the breakfast had lots options. I was surprised by the tastefull options and the high quality of the breakfast.

ideal location friendly staff pointless app expensive room

The location was ideal. It was a short walk to the town center. Staff were also very friendly. They were very helpful.

The room was not cheap. I used the Hilton app to choose my room. The Hilton digital key never worked for the door. The Hilton app seems pretty pointless.
